Once return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 15 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 3 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
If you return an order delivered to you, shipping/cod charge if applicable will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at rajshreesareesmbd@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM- 6 PM.
Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
PLEASE NOTE:
For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.
Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
At Raj Shree Sarees, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Raj Shree Sarees website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
At Libas we have 7 days Refund policy, it gives you an option to return items purchased from Raj Shree Sarees.com for any reason within 7 days of delivery of the item.
Exchange – We do not have any exchange policy
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:
- All product tags intact and in their original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition
Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or wrong product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within the 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing product being received without a video proof of unboxing.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Returns are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Note: Incase order has been processed through different warehouses and if return is required to be raised, it should be return with respect to same package.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO RAJ SHREE SAREES, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
- Create a ‘Return Request’‘ under “My Orders” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the ‘Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
- We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.
Or to raise a return request please drop us an email on rajshreesareesmbd@gmail.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and bill no. on the email to avoid confusion.
Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.
FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.
